IP cores (blocks of logic and data) can be included in FPGA device configuration as previously-designed specific-purpose modules. Their design and implementation requires highly-specialized engineers and long development time. But once they are implemented, our customers can use them in their designs saving large amounts of human resources and development time. The advantages of acquiring IP cores are the efficiency of highly-optimized circuits which provide high-computational power, flexibility, bandwidth, reliability and reduced time-to-market.
